Beetham Tower.

A 47 floor prestigious tower development in the heart of Manchester City Centres’ Castlefield District. A split residential, retail and commercial development in a previously run down area of Manchester which sparked a rejuvenation and gentrification of the surrounding area. Floors 1 to 22 are occupied by the Hilton hotel, with remaining floors occupied by residential apartments and 4 penthouses.

As a sub consultant to the main engineering consultants we were responsible for:

• External infrastructure

• Hard landscaping

• Drainage systems - sanitary and surface water

• Connections to utilities

• Connections to public sewers

• Tower internal building drainage systems

• Liaison with local authorities and public utilities
